In the Estonian Premium Liiga match, FC Flora Tallinn came back from a goal down to achieve a last-second 2-1 victory away against Nomme Kalju FC. Meanwhile, Pärnu JK Vaprus and Harju JK Laagri played to a 1-1 draw, with both teams earning a point.

In the previous league match Kalju suffered a defeat against the league leaders, Levadia, losing 1:2, with Mihhail Orlov scoring their only goal. In contrast, Flora Tallinn dominated their last game, defeating Kuressaare 5:0.

In this match, Nomme Kalju’s manager Nikita Andreev made two changes to the starting lineup, bringing back Kristjan Kask and Nikita Ivanov. Meanwhile, Konstantin Vassiljev, the Flora Tallinn manager, decided to stick with the same starting lineup.

The first half was entertaining, with both teams creating numerous chances, but the score remained 0:0 as both goalkeepers performed exceptionally well.

The opening goal came in the 55th minute when Guilherme Smith received the ball on the right side. He maneuvered into the box with a few skillful touches and took a shot that found the far corner, giving Nomme Kalju the lead.

Over the next 20 minutes, Flora worked hard to get back into the game, and Vassiljev made four substitutions that proved crucial. Just a few minutes later, Markus Poom scored with a stunning free-kick from just outside the box, driving the ball into the bottom right corner to level the score.

Flora made a dramatic comeback by scoring the winning goal in the final moments of the match, stunning the Nomme Kalju fans in attendance. On the last attack of the game, a cross came in from the left side, intended for the 17-year-old Alamaa. Although he failed to control the ball, it fortuitously reached substitute Maksim Kalimullin, who unleashed a powerful strike from around 12 meters, finding the top corner. This was the 18-year-old’s first goal of the season.

With this victory, Flora extended their winning streak to three games, while the previous season’s runners-up, Nomme Kalju, fell into a winless streak of four league matches.

In their next fixtures, Nomme Kalju will host Harju, while Flora will aim to continue their winning streak in an away match against Tartu JK Tammeka.
