
The A. Le Coq Premium Liiga has announced the player and manager for March. Henri Välja from Pärnu JK Vaprus has received the Player of the Month award, while Curro Torres of FCI Levadia is named the Manager of the Month.
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder Henri Välja had an impressive performance in March. He scored three goals and provided one assist in four matches. He netted the game-winning goal against FC Flora Tallinn and played a key role in Pärnu’s largest-ever victory in the top flight, contributing with a goal and an assist against Tartu JK Tammeka (5:0). Additionally, he scored in a 1:2 loss against league leaders FCI Levadia.
Meanwhile, the 48-year-old Spanish specialist Curro Torres has been recognized as the Manager of the Month for March. Under his leadership, Levadia achieved four consecutive wins at the start of the Estonian Premium Liiga season: a 5:0 victory against Harju JK Laagri, a 3:2 win over Tartu JK Tammeka, and a 2:1 triumph against both Pärnu JK Vaprus and Nõmme Kalju FC.
