Sūduva have re-signed winger Frankline Tangiri before their Toplyga fifth-round match, with the 24-year-old agreeing a contract until the end of the 2027 season.
The Cameroon player returns to Marijampolė after a short spell away. Tangiri joined Sūduva a year ago and became a popular figure with supporters during the 2025 campaign, scoring eight goals and providing two assists in 32 appearances in all competitions.
Born in Bamenda, Tangiri began his career with YOSA and moved to Europe in 2022 when he signed for Miedź Legnica. He later had loan spells in Poland and Slovakia, and joined Filakovo in mid-2024 before his first move to Sūduva.
“I am very happy to be back at Sūduva,” Tangiri said. “I missed our supporters and I am glad we will be able to meet again on Saturday.”
After four rounds of the 2026 Toplyga season, Sūduva have five points. They are due to host Hegelmann at 14:15 on Saturday.
