Panevėžys have sent attacking player Nojus Lukšys to Neptūnas on loan for the 2026 campaign, with the youngster becoming the club’s second temporary departure to Klaipėda this winter.
Lukšys, who is from Panevėžys, spent the 2025 season with Sūduva, scoring twice in 30 appearances in Lithuania’s top flight. He returned to Panevėžys during the close season, taking part in pre-season preparations and featuring in a friendly against Džiugas.
At Neptūnas, Lukšys will link up with goalkeeper Danielius Bukelis, who is also joining the port-city side on a loan deal. Neptūnas, coached by Ukraine’s Oleg Lutkov, finished second in the 2025 Pirma lyga before losing 2-1 on aggregate to Riteriai in the promotion/relegation play-off.
