Paide secured the Premium Liiga silver medal after a 2-2 draw against Flora on the final matchday of the season. The result also earned them a place in next summer’s UEFA Conference League qualifying rounds.

A record crowd of 862 watched the match at Paide kunstmuruväljak, setting a new attendance record for a Paide home league fixture. The occasion was particularly special for Henrik Ojamaa, who announced his retirement from professional football a couple days before the game.

After the match, the Estonian forward spoke to Baltic Football News about the occasion and Paide’s comeback after falling 2-0 behind.

“This is a great memory to take with me, a lot of good emotions today. I’m very happy that the attendance record was beaten. I could really feel the support of the fans even through difficult periods of the game as we were 2-0 down. I’m very happy that we pulled back the two goals and that we also defended well in the end.”
