JK Narva Trans have announced the contract renewals on two club veterans, Denis Poliakov and Aleksei Matrossov on social media.
32-year old Denis Poliakov joined the border town team in 2017. In those 7 years, the midfielder has amassed 187 Premium Liiga appearances, scoring 10 goals, as well as 2 Estonian Cup winner’s medals. Last season, Poliakov played in 32 games in the league, assisting one goal.
Also continuing in Trans, is 33-year old shot stopper Aleksei Matrossov. Formerly playing for FC Levadia Tallinn, Jõhvi Lokomotiv and Hudžand in Taijikistan, Matrossov has recorded 163 Premium Liiga appearances, 31 of which coming last season. Similarly to Poliakov, Matrossov is also a two-time Estonian Cup winner.
