Lithuania will face Suriname in a friendly at Kaunas’ Dariaus ir Girėno Stadium on 12 November, completing the men’s national team’s 2026 schedule. Kick-off is at 19:00.

The match will be Mindaugas Čepas’s first in charge of Lithuania. Suriname, who represent CONCACAF, are 128th in the FIFA rankings. Lithuania will then host Liechtenstein on 16 November in their final Nations League fixture of the cycle, also at 19:00 in Kaunas.

Lithuanian Football Federation president Edgaras Stankevičius said arranging the friendly had taken longer than expected. Lithuania had considered playing in the Netherlands, but venue difficulties and Suriname’s proposal to use an artificial surface led to the match being moved to Kaunas. Stankevičius said the federation hoped for strong support from home fans.

Ticket discounts include 15% for pupils, students, disabled supporters and senior citizens, and 25% when buying three or more tickets. Fans with a ticket barcode for Lithuania’s match against Liechtenstein receive 60% off; other 2026 LFF event ticket barcodes qualify for 50% off. A 50% discount also applies to tickets bought for both November home matches.
