
In the Georgian Erovnuli Liga, Gytis Paulauskas and Dinamo Batumi secured their third consecutive league victory by defeating Kolkheti 1913 with a score of 2-0.
The Lithuanian forward had scored his first goal and provided an assist in his previous two league matches since joining on loan from the Ukrainian club Kolos Kovalivka.
Although the 25-year-old started in today’s game, he did not manage to score or assist; however, he received a yellow card at the end of the first half. He was on the pitch for 65 minutes while his team led 1-0.
Dinamo Batumi later sealed the match with an insurance goal, securing the three points. In nine league appearances this season, Gytis has scored one goal and provided one assist. His team remains in second place in the league table, with 21 points after nine games, just two points behind defending champions Iberia 1999.
Dinamo Batumi’s next match will be an away game against Dinamo Tbilisi on Friday.
