Slivka with a full game in Japanese second league

In today’s Japanese J2 League match, Vykintas Slivka played the entire game as his team, Sagan Tosu, came back from a goal down to secure a point with a 2:2 draw against Renofa Yamaguchi.

The 29-year-old midfielder previously contributed an assist in the game-winning goal against V-Varen Nagasaki. Today, he was again in the starting lineup and played a full match for the first time since March 23rd.

Sagan Tosu took an early lead but allowed two goals in the second half. In the third minute of added time, substitutes Hino and Sakaiya combined to score, with Sakaiya equalizing the game for Slivka’s side.

Slivka has now made ten appearances in the J2 League, scoring one goal and providing one assist. Sagan Tosu currently has 14 points after ten league matches, placing them in 7th position on the league table.
