In the Czech Chance Liga, Raimonds Krollis scored for the second consecutive game as his team, Slovan Liberec, secured a 2:0 victory against Česke Budějovice.

The 23-year-old Latvian striker has adapted well to his new club, Slovan Liberec. The previous top goal-scorer in Virsliga started in today’s match and netted his fourth goal of the season in just seven games since moving from Italy.

Slovan Liberec took the lead in the first half, courtesy of Josef Kozeluh. Then, in the 70th minute, Krollis scored an insurance goal. His teammate, Denis Visinsky, took a shot from the edge of the box, which was saved by the goalkeeper. However, the rebound hit Krollis, who was in front of the goal and resulted in a score.

Krollis was substituted in the 76th minute as his team confidently maintained their lead to ensure the win. With this victory, Slovan Liberec moved up to 6th place in the league table, putting them in a position to qualify for the Championship group when the league splits.

Krollis’s next league match will be an away game against their table rivals, Hradec Králové, next Sunday.
