In the Polish Ekstraklasa, Paulius Golubickas recorded his first assist of the season in the game-winning goal, helping Radomiak Radom secure a 3-1 victory over Korona Kielce. Meanwhile, in Kazakhstan, Kipras Kazukolovas started for FC Astana, while Edgaras Utkus is working to avoid relegation in Belgium.

The 25-year-old attacking midfielder began the match on the bench but was substituted onto the field in the 72nd minute. Just three minutes later, Golubickas, who was the previous season’s A Lyga champion with FK Žalgiris set up Angolan striker Capita with a through ball enabling him to score in a one-on-one situation, bringing the score to 2-1.

This was Golubickas’s first assist since his transfer to Poland. Later in the match, Radomiak scored another goal, with Capita netting his second of the game, making it 3-1. Golubickas, who has now made five appearances for Radomiak, also received a yellow card at the end of the match. With this win, Radomiak climbed to 10th place in the league table with 34 points. Their next match is scheduled for Saturday, where they will host Zaglebie in the Ekstraklasa.

In the Kazakhstan Premier League, Kipras Kazukolovas played 86 minutes as FC Astana defeated Zhetysu Taldykorgan 3-0. He has started all three games this season and helped his team secure seven points, which puts them in a tie for first place with Kairat Almaty and Aktobe.

Their next match is also on Saturday when they will host Ordabasy in league play.

In the Belgian Jupiler Pro League, Edgaras Utkus played the full match for Cercle Brugge, who let a lead slip away and ended in a 2-2 draw against Kortrijk. The 24-year-old Utkus has made 19 league appearances this season and received a yellow card in this match.
