Latvian National Team will be well-supported at the iconic Wembley Stadium as the entire away sector has been sold out, marking the largest expected away support for the National Team – approximately 2000 people – since EURO 2004.
The Latvian Football Fan Association announced on their social media page that all tickets for the away end at the Wembley stadium for England vs Latvia FIFA World Cup 2026 Group K Qualification match have been sold out. The match will take place on March 24th and will be the first time that these two teams meet.
While the exact quantity is yet to be announced, the sector which was allocated to away fans within the 90000 seat Wembley stadium is at around 2000 seats and has now been sold out. The approximately 2000 fans who secured tickets in the dedicated sector will most certainly be supplemented by Latvians mixed in elsewhere in the stadium as there is a sizeable Latvian diaspora both in London and in England more generally. Last time the Latvian National Team could enjoy such away support was almost two decades prior – during EURO 2004 in Portugal.
Latvian fans will gather in the nearby J.J. Moons Pub on 397 High Rd in Wembley and are set to begin their march to the stadium 17:15.
