On February 12, the Lithuanian Football Federation (LFF) appeals Licensing Committee convened to review appeals submitted by clubs seeking licenses for the 2025 A Lyga season.
After assessing the additional documentation provided by the clubs, the committee made the following decisions:
- DFK Dainava – Appeal reviewed and granted; the club has been issued a 2025 A Lyga license.
- FK Riteriai – Appeal reviewed and granted; the club has been issued a 2025 A Lyga license.
- FK Be1 – Appeal reviewed and granted; the club has been issued a 2025 A Lyga license.
As a result, the final list of clubs granted licenses for the 2025 A Lyga season is as follows:
- FK Žalgiris (Vilnius)
- FC Hegelmann (Kaunas district)
- FK Kauno Žalgiris
- DFK Dainava (Alytus)
- FK Banga (Gargždai)
- FC Džiugas (Telšiai)
- FA Šiauliai
- FK Panevėžys
- FK Sūduva (Marijampolė)
- FK Riteriai (Vilnius)
- FK Be1 (Jonava)
The final list of participants for the 2025 TOPsport A Lyga season will be confirmed by the LFF Executive Committee.
