Last year’s Premium Liiga runners up Nõmme Kalju FC, have announced the singing of their new goalkeeping coach, 22- year old Piotr Ostrowski.
Kalju announced on their social media platforms, that the goalkeeping coach spot, left vacant by Ville Hulkkonen, has been taken over by a young and ambitious Polish coach Piotr Ostrowski.
Kalju’s press release states, that the 22-year old is representing a new generation of goalkeeping coaches and will continue the work, from where previous coach Hulkkonen left off. He will bring his experiences from the Polish footballing culture, and fresh ideas, to help the club reach new heights.
Nõmme Kalju FC’s head coach Nikita Andreev is glad with the new signing:
“We are glad to welcome a young and ambitious goalkeeping coach to our staff, whose working methods are in compliance with the club’s standards and basics. Piotr will bring a fraction of Polish footballing culture with him and his energy and methods are much awaited in Nõmme. Kalju is an excellent platform not only for young talented players, but also for coaches. Welcome, Piotr!”
Piotr Ostrowski feels pride from the opportunities given to him:
“I am honoured to join the Nõmme Kalju community. I am sure, that this club is able to achieve success and I want to give my contribution, to help build the strongest defensive line in the Premium Liiga.
