Latvian youth international Viktors Ohvovoriole, an 18-year-old right midfielder, is on trial with Polish top-flight club Korona Kielce system, hoping to secure a breakthrough in his career.
Born November 14, 2006, Ohvovoriole plays for the Bohemians U20 team in Ireland but has yet to make his senior debut. Despite limited exposure at the club level, he has been steadily building his profile through international appearances with Latvia’s U19 national team. This year, he featured in three matches, including two starts in the UEFA EURO U19 Championship qualifiers. While Latvia struggled to advance, Ohvovoriole’s ability to adapt to different roles and make an impact on the field didn’t go unnoticed. His energy and tactical understanding have shown promise.
A promising talent, Ohvovoriole’s trial at Korona Kielce represents a significant opportunity to test himself in the Polish environment, a country known for developing young players.
Meanwhile, 16-year-old Latvian forward Iļja Streļcovs, who has played for Jūrmalas FS U16 and made his debut for Nākotnes Līga side AFA Olaine, is also on trial with Korona Kielce academy.
