Estonian Premium Liiga fifth-place finishers JK Narva Trans continue to shape their squad for the upcoming season, announcing new roster updates just days after the 2025 campaign concluded. The club confirmed that centre-backs Aleksandr Ivanjušin and Sergei Kondrattsev have both extended their contracts for another year.

Earlier this week, Narva Trans announced a two-year contract extension with Georgian defender Shalva Burjanadze, and today the club revealed that two more defenders will remain in Narva at least until the end of the 2027 season.

The experienced 30-year-old Aleksandr Ivanjušin is set to enter his fourth overall season with Narva Trans.Ivanjušin first joined the club on loan back in 2020, before returning permanently ahead of the 2024 season after spending three years with Nõmme Kalju and Harju JK Laagri. This past season, he featured in 33 matches, scoring one goal and providing three assists.

Over the course of his career, Ivanjušin has made an impressive 231 appearances in the Estonian top flight, representing Jõhvi FC Lokomotiv, JK Sillamäe Kalev, Nõmme Kalju, Harju JK Laagri, and now Narva Trans.

Meanwhile, the second player to extend his stay is 24-year-old Estonian defender Sergei Kondrattsev, a true product of the Narva Trans academy. After missing the entire 2024 season due to a serious knee injury, Kondrattsev made his long-awaited return this summer. He primarily featured for the club’s reserve side, appearing in 14 matches, but also made a brief first-team comeback – coming off the bench in the final minutes of the August 2 match against FC Flora Tallinn. That appearance marked his first Premium Liiga match since October 21, 2023.

In total, Kondrattsev has made 83 appearances for the Narva Trans senior team, scoring one goal.
