
Portuguese top-flight side Arouca have officially announced the signing of Lithuanian international striker Romualdas Jansonas.
The move had already been reported by Lithuanian journalists Aurimas Budraitis (futbolas.lt) and later confirmed by Mantas Krasnickas (TV3).
Jansonas makes the switch after just half a season with Žalgiris Kaunas, where his performances were enough to earn him a significant step forward in his career
He now joins one of Europe’s more competitive leagues, with reports suggesting the transfer fee could reach around €200,000.
Arouca have started their Primeira Liga campaign with four points from three matches, currently sitting eighth in the table.
