Lithuanian A Lyga side FC Džiugas Telšiai has officially announced the departure of Tunisian midfielder Fraj Kayramani. The 26-year-old leaves the club by mutual consent, with health concerns cited as a contributing factor.

Kayramani joined Džiugas during the off-season after spending the previous two years in Latvia’s top flight with Valmiera FC and FK Liepāja. During the first half of the current A Lyga campaign, he featured in 19 league matches, recording one assist. He also appeared in two Lithuanian Cup fixtures, where he found the back of the net once.

According to the club’s official statement, Kayramani’s departure was influenced in part by ongoing health issues that require more thorough, long-term medical evaluations – examinations the player plans to undergo in his native Tunisia.

Before his move to the Baltic region, Kayramani spent his career in Tunisia, playing in the top tier for clubs such as CS Hammam-Lif and ES Sahel.
