Italian right-back Gianluca Scremin has signed with FK Metta, making the move from Spezia Calcio. The 21-year-old Sarzana native arrives at the Latvian club following a series of loan spells and transfers in Italy.
Last season Scremin featured in 2 matches for FC Lumezzane in Serie C – Girone A and 1 match in the Coppa Italia Serie C. Prior to that, he played 13 matches in Serie C for Imolese Calcio, including 2 appearances in the Coppa Italia Serie C. His stint with Spezia Primavera saw him make 14 appearances in the Primavera 2 – B league and 1 in the Coppa Italia Primavera during the 2021-2022 season.
