FCI Levadia believe their long-planned indoor football hall in Tallinn could be ready by the end of 2027, with the club now approaching a key deadline in the design phase.
The Premium liiga side have been working on the project since 2021. Early plans centred on Maarjamäe, but the hall is now set to be built in Lasnamäe at Punane 69b.
Chief executive Jevgeni Gurtšioglujants told Estonian public broadcaster ERR the design deadline is 15 August.
“The first dig is expected to be in the spring of 2027 and the football hall could be completed by the end of 2027,” he said.
Gurtšioglujants added that the majority of the funding is expected to come from the City of Tallinn.
