Brazilian club Juventude have announced the return of winger Juan Christian, who joins on loan from Riga FC until the end of the 2026 season.
The 25-year-old moved to Riga before the start of the 2026 campaign, joining from Juventude for a reported transfer fee of around €470,000. It was his first season outside Brazil, but the winger struggled to establish himself as a regular in Latvia.
Juan Christian made 17 Virslīga appearances for Riga this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists. However, only two of those appearances came as starts, and he had not featured in a league matchday squad since the beginning of July.
Juventude were relegated from the Brazilian top flight last season but are pushing strongly for an immediate return. With 11 rounds remaining in Serie B, they currently sit at the top of the table.
The loan agreement will run until the end of 2026.
