Tartu Tammeka’s bid to challenge for the Premium liiga medals this season ended with a 2-0 defeat by Flora in Tallinn on Sunday. Erik Sorga’s first-half penalty and Sander Alamaa’s 11th league goal of the season secured the points for the hosts.

Flora took the lead in the 21st minute after a lengthy video review. Remo Valdmets’ shot struck Oliver Kangaslahti’s arm, and Jagnar Jakobson awarded a penalty. Sorga converted from the spot, as he had against Levadia three days earlier.

Flora doubled their advantage 11 minutes later. Joachim Amijekori lost possession in front of Tammeka’s penalty area, and Tony Varjund’s touch sent the ball on to Alamaa, whose effort went in off the post. Tammeka had threatened early on, with Pavel Marin’s attempt from the edge of the area narrowly missing the crossbar, but they could not recover from falling behind.
