20-year-old Nigerian defender joins Levadia

FCI Levadia has announced that 20-year-old Nigerian center-back Victory Iboro Sunday has signed with the club.

Victory Iboro Sunday joins the green shirts from the well-known Nigerian academy Beyond Limits FA. According to Levadia’s press release, he is a physically strong player who brings valuable qualities.

Victory Iboro Sunday expressed his excitement, stating, “I am very happy to sign my first professional contract and join FCI Levadia! The team and I have much to strive for, and I want us to win all the Estonian cups together! Additionally, we aim to go as far as possible in the UEFA competitions. Before coming here, I knew nothing about Estonia, but now that FCI Levadia has warmly welcomed me, I have discovered that good people live in Estonia!”

Levadia president Viktor Levada welcomed him, saying, “It was a long and challenging process for Victory to arrive in Estonia, but I am very pleased that he finally made it to Tallinn today! He is a talented young player in whom we see great potential. Victory is exactly the kind of player we need in our team and who fits into our game plan.
