Narva Trans announced the signings of Estonian right back Sten Jakob Viidas and Togolese striker Josué Doké.
With the transfer window in Estonia slowly drawing to a close, Narva Trans continue to proactively strengthen their squad with further signings. Latest arrivals are an Estonian right back Sten Jakob Viidas (21) and a Togolese striker Josué Doké (20), the club announced on their social media.
Sten Jakob Viidas is an Estonian winger/right-back who will be joining the Narva side from Paide, with whom he won the Estonian Super Cup in 2023. Originally from Tallinn and only 21 years of age, Viidas already has some international experience, having played in Portugal and, last season, on loan in Finland with Kokkolan PV. He has represented Estonia at every youth level but is yet to earn a call-up to the senior national team.
Josué Doké is a Togolese striker, joining Narva Trans on a 2.5 year contract. He will be familiar to keen observers of Lithuanian football, having played for the second tier side Be1 in the southern Baltic nation. Despite being only 20 years old, Doké already recorded six caps for Togo national team, where he is yet to score a goal.
Narva Trans are set to open their 2025 Premium liiga campaign away against FC Flora on the 1st of March at 14:30 Tallinn time.
