Young talent Aram Bahdasaryan makes permanent move to Lithuanian side Džiugas

Young Latvian-Armenian forward Aram Bahdasaryan has completed a permanent transfer to Džiugas, according to Transfermarkt. A club competing in the Lithuanian A Lyga, following a promising debut season in Latvia’s Virslīga with FK Liepāja.

A product of the JFC Skonto and Riga FC academies, Bahdasaryan joined FK Liepāja last season and showcased his talent at just 17 years old, making 25 appearances in the Virslīga and scoring 2 goals, including strikes against FK Grobiņa and FK Tukums.

Despite growing up in Latvia and speaking Latvian, Bahdasaryan has chosen to represent Armenia at the youth international level, highlighting his strong ties to his heritage.

The Džiugas club has also announced several other acquisitions from the Virslīga, reinforcing their squad with players who have Latvian league experience. Alongside Bahdasaryan, Oleksandr Chernozub has joined on loan from FK Liepāja, while Fraj Kayramani, formerly of FK Liepāja, and Oleksandr Kurtsev, who played last season for FK Metta, have also signed with the Lithuanian side.
