FK Riteriai announced the signing of Leif Estevez Fernandez, who will be joining as free agent, having previously played for FC Džiugas Telšiai and FC Hegelmann in A Lyga.
FK Riteriai continue to bolster their squad ahead of the 2025 A Lyga campaign. Their latest signing, Leif Estevez Fernandez (27) will be familiar to followers of Lithuanian football, having previously played for FC Hegelmann and, most recently, for FC Džiugas Telšiai.
Fernandez, who is a Germany national, plays attacking winger and has been playing in Lithuania since 2022, when he joined Hegelmann from FV Illertissen in the German 4th tier. He played 38 matches for Džiugas, scoring three goals and making three assists. He also played 23 minutes in the UEFA Conference League qualifiers whilst part of the Hegelmann squad.
FK Riteriai, who are returning to A Lyga after a one year absence, are still yet to be approved for participation in the 2025 season.
