SK Super Nova has announced that they have re-signed one of their top goal-scorers from last season, Ukrainian forward Dmytro Sula.
Given the unexpected changes in the foreign player registration fee, it seemed unlikely that Sula would remain with the team. However, in a surprising turn of events today, SK Super Nova confirmed that the 30-year-old forward will continue with the team for the upcoming season.
Sula joined Super Nova in the summer of 2024 and scored 11 goals in 11 Nākotnes Līga games, playing a crucial role in helping his team win the title and earn promotion to Virslīga.
Before moving to Latvia, the Chornomorets Academy graduate played for several lower-league teams in Ukraine and Poland.
