Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen F.C. announced today that Kristers Tobers will be available for selection in their upcoming match against Hearts, following the approval of his work permit.
Currently sitting in fourth place in the Scottish Premiership, Aberdeen confirmed yesterday that they had signed Kristers Tobers, the captain of the Latvian national team. Today, they tweeted that he has received his work permit, making him eligible to play this Sunday as Aberdeen aims to end their losing streak while hosting Hearts. They will also face Rangers in an away match at Ibrox three days later.
Aberdeen is dealing with significant issues in their center-back positions due to injuries and suspensions, increasing the likelihood that Tobers will make his debut on Sunday.
