Estonian midfielder Soufian Gouram made a second successive start for Hertha Berlin as the German second-tier side continued their winning start with a 4-1 home victory over Heidenheim.
Hertha were three up inside 35 minutes, with Sebastian Gronning, Marten Winkler and Deyovaisio Zeefuik all on target to put the visitors under early pressure.
Jan Schoppner pulled one back from a set-piece early in the second half, but Gouram was withdrawn on 64 minutes and substitute Oluwaseun Adewumi wrapped up the scoring in the final minute.
Hertha had won their opening match 1-0 at Bochum, with Gouram providing the assist for the only goal.
Next match for Hertha Berlin will be next Saturday when they will have a DFB Pokal match away against 3. Liga side Saarbrucken.
