Paide Linnameeskond have strengthened their defensive options by signing 20-year-old left-footed centre-back Pedro Andrade.
Andrade becomes the club’s third player holding a Brazilian passport, joining Victor Hugo and William, who arrived last summer.
The defender came through the youth ranks at São Paulo FC and made a notable impact in the Copinha final last year, scoring to level the match as São Paulo went on to beat Corinthians 3-2.
He featured 21 times across league and cup competitions last season.
Andrade said he is excited by the move and the chance to test himself in European football, adding that Paide’s project and ambitions played a key role in his decision.
Sporting director Gert Kams described Andrade as an athletic, quick centre-back with strong technical qualities, believing he can add tactical flexibility to Paide’s back line.
