According to Tunisie-foot.com and Transfermarkt, Raki Aouani is set to begin the next stage of his career in European football after reaching an agreement to join Latvian champions Riga FC from Étoile Sportive du Sahel (ESS).
The 21-year-old striker has reportedly successfully completed his medical, clearing the final major step before the transfer is formally announced. The deal is reported to be worth around $320,000 (€270,000) bringing an end to Aouani’s time at the club in Sousse, where he has been regarded as one of the most promising attacking players to emerge in recent seasons.
Aouani’s contract with ESS was due to expire in June 2026.
For the player, the transfer represents an opportunity to test himself in a new environment and adapt to the demands of European football.
