FK Tukums 2000 have announced that centre-back Rūdolfs Reingolcs will remain with the club for the upcoming season, extending his stay into a eight consecutive year with the first team.
The 23-year-old enjoyed a consistent campaign in the Virslīga, making 31 league appearances and scoring the first goal of his top-flight career. Tukums finished the season in seventh place and will now prepare for a fifth straight season in Latvia’s top division.
Reingolcs, who has represented Latvia at both U-17 and U-21 level, has now accumulated 117 Virslīga appearances.
The club previously confirmed that they have retained several other key players ahead of the new season, with Reingolcs now joining Niks Dusalijevs, Bogdans Samoilovs and Kaspars Anmanis as part of Tukums’ growing core.
