# Zahovaiko says Levadia remain hungry after title-clinching season
FCI Levadia’s 3-1 derby win over FC Flora showed the champions have no intention of easing off, coach Vjatšeslav Zahovaiko said. With five Premium liiga matches still to play, Levadia are continuing their winning run despite having already secured the title.

Zahovaiko said the title had not affected the team’s approach. The players had enjoyed the season without added pressure from inside or outside the club, he said, and remained motivated and hungry. He added that the coaching staff did not need to find extra ways to inspire them.

The coach said Levadia’s midfield diamond, introduced from his first friendly after taking charge, had proved a good fit. He had expected two or three months to judge whether the system worked. “The title is in the bag, and I’m delighted that things fell into place and the players embraced it,” he said. Zahovaiko also praised their fitness, saying international matches showed that no Premium liiga player had suffered cramp.
