Tartu Tammeka have completed the signing of Brazilian forward Kauan Pereira from Santos FC’s U20 side, handing the 19-year-old a three-year contract.
Head coach Karel Voolaid said the attacker will add depth and competition in the final third. “The last pre-season addition, Kauan Pereira, brings competition and options to our attacking line,” Voolaid said. “As a player he reminds me of a young Tristan Koskor – tall but mobile, good with the ball and goal-oriented.”
Born in 2006, Pereira featured for Santos FC U20 in Brazil’s national U20 competitions and the São Paulo state U20 cup last year, scoring three goals.
