Tammeka have agreed a new one-year contract with long-serving goalkeeper Carl Kaiser Kiidjärv.
The 24-year-old began playing football at the club 20 years ago and made his first-team debut seven years ago. Kiidjärv has gone on to make 35 appearances in Estonia’s top flight for the blue and whites, including six last season.
“Because it’s a team sport, I’ll put personal goals to one side and I want us, as a whole squad, to take a step forward in the coming season and move closer to the top clubs from Tallinn,” Kiidjärv said ahead of the new campaign.
Alongside his playing career, Kiidjärv is studying for a Master’s degree in contemporary economics at the University of Tartu.
Tammeka finished 8th last season, avoiding relegation zone by two points.
