The 16-year-old goalkeeper Henrikas Adomavičius, a graduate of the Kauno Žalgiris academy, is moving to the youth system of the legendary Italian club Inter Milan.

Born in 2009, Henrikas previously represented the FK Kauno Žalgiris Football Academy. In December, he had a trial with Inter Milan, where he spent a week training with the U-16, U-17, and U-18 teams.

After returning, he expressed his enthusiasm to the media, stating, “I really liked Italy. The training there was long and very hard. I was impressed by the large coaching staff, who helped me a lot. The local players also welcomed me warmly and were willing to communicate and assist during training.”

And now, almost six weeks later he is announced that he is one of two international signings for the Inter Milan academy, alongside Montenegro midfielder Andrija Vukoje.

Last season, Henrikas played for the Kauņos Žalgiris U-19 and U-16 teams in the Lithuanian youth championship and also represented the Lithuanian U-16 national team.
