FC Hegelmann, the runner-up of A Lyga, has announced that they have re-signed goalkeeper Vincentas Šarkauskas for another season.
The 25-year-old goalkeeper joined the Vilnius district team in the summer of 2023 after an impressive first half of the season with DFK Dainava Alytus.
During the previous season, Vincentas started as the primary goalkeeper, but as the season progressed, he lost his starting position to the younger Arijus Bražinskas. In total, Šarkauskas made 13 appearances in A Lyga, conceding 16 goals and achieving two clean sheets.
