FK Riteriai’s right-back Ryhan Stewart is set to continue his career in Thailand, signing with Kanchanaburi Power FC for the 2025/26 season. The 25-year-old Singapore international joins the Thai club as it prepares for its debut in the Thai Premier League, according to ASEAN Football.

Riteriai, who made a return to Lithuania’s top division this year, seemed poised for a breakthrough season following interest from Indonesian investors. However, internal disagreements between the old and new management – previously reported on several occasions – ultimately led the investors to withdraw, abandoning their takeover plans.

Stewart, who had spent several seasons in Asian football between Singapore and Thailand, joined Riteriai before the start of the season making his debut in European football. In his stint with the club, the full-back made 12 appearances and scored a single goal — a vital strike just three days ago in a victory over FA Šiauliai, which ended Riteriai’s nine-game winless streak.

Riteriai manager Nikola Vitorović yesterday posted a picture of himself and Stewart sitting together on social media, with the caption: ‘His last game with us — clean sheet, win, and scored. Great personality.’

Stewart’s departure marks the fifth foreign exit from Riteriai early in the season, following Garissone Innocent, Roscello Vlijter, Jakub Wawszczyk, and Lazar Sajčić.
