FK Žalgiris have announced the departure of 23-year-old Portuguese full-back Bruno Tavares. His contract has been terminated by mutual agreement.

Tavares distinguished himself this season by becoming one of the team’s most reliable and durable players. He missed only one match due to yellow-card suspension, was substituted just three times across 42 appearances, and accumulated a total of 3,776 minutes on the pitch. Across the entire A Lyga, only four players logged more minutes.

He also led the team in assists, providing five throughout the campaign, and added two goals of his own.

The club thanks Bruno Tavares for his contribution and wishes him the very best in his future career.
