Paide Linnameeskond signed off their pre-season schedule with a 1-0 friendly win over Latvian Virslīga side SK Super Nova in Paide.
The match was decided in the first half when Henri Anier scored from the penalty spot to give the hosts the lead.
Paide had the chance to double their advantage at the death after being awarded another penalty, but Super Nova goalkeeper Davis Veisbuks saved Kristofer Piht’s attempt.
The result completed Paide’s run of eight warm-up matches ahead of the new campaign, finishing with four wins, two draws and two defeats.
Paide’s victories came against Tartu Welco (5-1), FK Metta (2-1), Nõmme Kalju (2-1) and Super Nova (1-0). They drew 2-2 with FC RFS and 1-1 with Narva Trans, and lost 3-1 to FK Liepāja and 3-1 to Flora.
Paide begin their Premium liiga 2026 campaign away to Pärnu on 7th of March at 14:30. Super Nova kick off there Virslīga 2026 campaign the next day, away to Auda at 16:00.
