Lithuania Dominates in Baku: A stunning 5–0 victory over Azerbaijan!

Playing away in Baku, the Lithuanian squad left no doubts about their intentions, crushing hosts Azerbaijan with a stunning 5–0 win.

From the first whistle, Lithuania set the tone. Just minutes into the match, Rimantė Jonušaitė opened the scoring with a clinical finish, setting the stage for what would become a dominant display. Monika Grikšaitė quickly doubled the lead, and by the 30-minute mark, Jonušaitė had already completed her brace.
