FC Hegelmann has announced that two of its recent summer signings, Brazilian attacking midfielder Felipe Brisola and Nigerian midfielder Samson Bolaji Ayaji, have left the team.

Brisola, a 34-year-old player who returned from a retirement break due to two significant back-to-back injuries, signed with Hegelmann in May 2024. During his time with the Vilnius district club, he made only seven appearances in the A Lyga, failing to accumulate any goals or assists. Brisola is still well remembered in Latvia for his successful tenure with Riga FC during their golden years.

25-year-old Nigerian midfielder Ayaji, who joined Hegelmann this summer, played only sporadically, often spending most of the matches on the bench. He made seven appearances during his half-season with the team.
