Lithuanian Toplyga side Hegelmann used the international break to play a friendly against Latvian Virslīga side BFC Daugavpils in Kaunas, losing 4-1 to visitors from Latgale.
Hegelmann made a strong start at the LFF Kaunas training centre stadium and even gone ahead in the 25th minute when Andrius Kaulinis found the net to give hosts a 1-0 lead at half time.
Daugavpils, however, took initiative in the second half, scoring four goals. The club did not provide any information about the squad, so identities of players involved remain unknown.
This is Hegelmann’s second loss to Daugavpils in 2026, having previously lost 2-1 during pre-season friendly in early February.
