Hegelmann made it two wins from two in their preparations for the 2026 season, beating Džiugas 2-0 in a friendly.

Both goals arrived before the break, with Cameroon forward Abdel Kader Njoya scoring in the 25th and 43rd minutes. The double means Njoya has four goals across Hegelmann’s first two warm-up matches.

Hegelmann made a raft of changes after half-time, with the coaching staff giving minutes to a number of B-team players, but the blue-and-whites remained in control and saw out the clean sheet.

Goalkeeper Rokas Bagdonavičius started behind a back line of Stefan Radinović, Domas Slendzoka, Isaac Barry Ojumah and Vedad Radonja. Wesley, Samuel Oum Gouet, Carlos Duke, Vilius Armanavičius and Artiomas Ščedras played behind Njoya.

Hegelmann’s next friendly is scheduled for 31 January at 19:30 at the Marijampolė Football Arena, where they will face Wigry Suwałki.
