Latvian international striker Vladislavs Gutkovskis played his longest match since returning to the Polish Ekstraklasa, but his side Arka Gdynia suffered a 1-3 away defeat to Radomiak Radom.

The 30-year-old forward started the match and played 80 minutes before being substituted. Arka endured a difficult start, conceding two goals within the opening eight minutes to fall behind early.

In the second half, Arka managed to pull one goal back, but Radomiak soon restored their two-goal advantage, eventually securing the 3-1 victory.

For Gutkovskis, it was his fifth appearance in the Ekstraklasa since returning to the Polish top flight. His 80 minutes on the pitch marked his longest outing so far, surpassing his previous high of 62 minutes against GKS Katowice.

Following the defeat, Arka Gdynia sit 15th in the league table with 26 points from 18 teams. Their next match is scheduled for next Monday, when they travel to face Wisła Płock.
