In today’s K League 1 match, Vladislavs Gutkovskis was an unused substitute as Daejeon Hana Citizen strengthened their lead in the league by defeating Gimcheon Sangmu 2-0.

In the previous league game, Vladislavs scored twice, helping Daejeon secure a draw against Seoul. Midweek, he started in a Korean Cup match, but today marked the first time since March 8 that the Latvian forward was not used.

Daejeon scored one goal in each half and has started the season with 20 points (6 wins, 2 draws, 2 losses) after ten games. Gutkovskis’ team has a four-point lead over second-place Gwangju FC.

The next match for Vladislavs and his team is scheduled for next Sunday, when they will host Gangwon.
