# Gintra seal 25th Lithuanian title with 3-0 win over Žalgiris
Gintra secured their 25th Lithuanian women’s championship with a 3-0 home win over Žalgiris in the 25th round of the Women’s A League. Khrystyna Pereviznyk put the hosts ahead in the 14th minute, reacting first after Elizabeth Mideva’s effort came back off the post.

Žalgiris threatened early, with Irina Topal striking the crossbar, and Marta Lipnickaitė later shooting over from a promising position. Goalkeeper Aušrinė Bikutė kept her side in the contest with several saves before the break. Lolita Žižytė had another chance soon after half-time, but her close-range effort lacked power.

Gintra doubled their lead in the 64th minute when Anni Hakasalo finished into the far corner after a pass from Pereviznyk. Meida Proscevičiūtė added a third in the 77th minute after Bikutė could not gather a ball played forward.
