Lithuanian football club Gargždai Banga has announced the signing of Sherwin Seedorf ahead of their upcoming UEFA Conference League qualifying matches.
The 27-year-old winger, who holds both Dutch and Surinamese citizenship, brings international experience and versatility to the squad.
Seedorf, a distant relative of legendary footballer Clarence Seedorf, joins Banga from the Cypriot top-tier club Enosis Neon Paralimni, where he made 12 appearances this year. His football journey has taken him through the youth academies of NAC Breda, Feyenoord, and English side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Throughout his career, Seedorf has also played in the Scottish Premiership, Portugal’s second division, and Bosnia’s second tier, showcasing his adaptability across European football. His arrival is expected to bolster Banga’s attacking options as the team prepares for continental competition.
