The Sõle Sports Centre hosted a weekend futsal tournament where the Estonian national team faced domestic champions Tallinna FC Bunker Partner and Finnish title holders Akaa Futsal. It was the visitors from Finland who emerged as the standout side, leaving Tallinn with two victories.
The opening match saw the reigning champions of both countries square off. At half-time the score was locked at 2–2, but Akaa pulled away in the second half, finding the net three more times. Nikita Tšernei and Edwin Stüf scored for Bunker Partner.
On the second day, Akaa produced a commanding 9–2 win over the Estonian national team. The Finns struck five unanswered goals before the break and never looked back. Estonia’s first goal came via an own goal, while Stanislav Gussev added the second after a pass from Raul Männi.
The tournament closed with a domestic clash, where Bunker Partner overpowered the national side 6–2. The champions led 4–1 at half-time and added further goals through David Mendosa, Artur Bõstrov, Keiber Quevedo, Edwin Stüf, and Anton Pfening, while Estonia replied through an own goal and a late strike from Lehar Savikink.
For both Bunker Partner and Akaa, the tournament was a key part of preparations for the UEFA Futsal Champions League. In the preliminary round, Bunker Partner will face Borås AIK (Sweden), Vangölü FK (Turkey), and FC Vrhnika (Slovenia).
