As we reported yesterday, Brazilian forward Henrique Devens has left FK ลฝalgiris after just half a season with the Lithuanian champions. His next destination has already been confirmed โ the 28-year-old striker will continue his career in the Kazakhstan Premier League with FC Tobol.
Devens previously spent two seasons with FK TransINVEST, where he played a key role in helping the club win the Lithuanian Cup and secure promotion to the top flight for the first time in their history. Following an impressive 2024 campaign in which he scored 16 league goals, the club was ultimately relegated, prompting his brief move to Qatarโs Al-Bidda SC. However, his time in the Middle East was short-lived, as he departed the Qatari side within a few weeks to join FK ลฝalgiris.
During his stint with ลฝalgiris, Devens made 20 appearances across all competitions, finding the net seven times. Despite his contributions, the striker parted ways with the team yesterday, and was shortly thereafter announced as FC Tobolโs latest signing.
Tobol currently sits third in the Kazakhstan Premier League midway through the season and will hope Devens can add firepower to their attacking line.
